When billing starts
Care begins when the website launches, not while we are building it. It is month-to-month. If you cancel, managed hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and support end after the paid billing period. Ask us for a separately quoted self-managed handoff before cancellation if you want to operate the site elsewhere.

Monthly update time resets each billing cycle and does not roll over. “Response time” means acknowledgment and triage—not guaranteed resolution time. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm in the client's local time, excluding holidays.

Why is this monthly?
Hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and support continue every month. The build fee only covers creating and launching the website.
Can I host it myself?
Yes. A self-managed handoff can be quoted separately. You take responsibility for hosting, security, maintenance, and future changes.
Will you charge extra without asking?
No. If a request falls outside your plan, we explain the scope and price before starting that work.
