Yes. We push captured intakes into Clio, MyCase, Smokeball, or whatever you run, as a new lead or matter with the full conversation attached. If you'd rather start with email and SMS handoff, we can do that and add the integration later.
Do you work on-site with Oakland businesses or only remotely?
Both. We're a two-person Bay Area studio, so most of the build happens remotely with regular calls.
