Web Design

Web Design for real estate agents & brokers

For an agent, the website is the open house that never closes. Buyers find a listing on their phone at 10pm — and if your IDX search is slow, your photos load like a slideshow, or every property kicks them to Zillow, that lead becomes someone else's commission. We build fast, MLS-connected sites where listings look like the property deserves, search actually works on mobile, and your brand stays front and center instead of a portal's. Flat price, live in 7 days.

The problem

Where real estate agents & brokers leak leads

Your IDX/MLS search is bolted on and ugly — buyers bounce back to Zillow or Realtor.com because the on-site experience is slower than the portals.

Listing pages bury the photos and the map below a wall of text, on a layout that wasn't built for someone scrolling on a phone in a parking lot.

Sold listings vanish and there's no proof of your track record — no "recently sold" wall, no neighborhood pages, nothing that says you actually move property in this market.

The site looks like every other agent's broker-issued template, so a $1.2M seller can't tell you apart from the part-timer down the street.

What we build

Web Design, built for real estate agents & brokers

IDX/MLS-integrated listing search that's fast on mobile — map view, saved searches, and property detail pages where the photo gallery loads instantly and a tour-request button is always in reach.

Polished individual listing pages and a "recently sold" / "just listed" wall that doubles as proof you work this market, pulled live so nothing goes stale.

Neighborhood and community landing pages — school info, lifestyle, the kind of local detail that ranks for "homes in [neighborhood]" and convinces a relocating buyer you know the ground.

A seller-focused side: a clear "what's my home worth" path, your bio and credentials, real reviews, and a brand that reads luxury or local-expert — not broker-template default.

What changes

What you can expect

Buyers search your listings on your site instead of bouncing to a portal that hands the lead to a competing agent.

Listing and neighborhood pages start showing up when people search your farm areas by name, not just inside the MLS.

A seller walking into a listing appointment has already seen a site that looks like you handle their price point.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you connect it to my MLS / IDX feed?

Yes — that's the core of a real estate site. We set up an IDX integration so listings pull live from your MLS, stay current automatically, and live on your domain with your branding instead of routing buyers off to a portal. Exact setup depends on your MLS and IDX provider, and we'll confirm what your board allows.

What happens to my listings when they sell or expire?

They update automatically from the feed. Active listings show as active, sold ones can roll into a "recently sold" section as proof of your track record, and expired ones drop off — you're never manually editing property pages or staring at a stale listing.

I already have a broker-provided website. Why build another?

Broker templates get you online, but every agent in the brokerage looks identical and you don't own the site or the leads. A site on your own domain, built around your listings and your market, is the asset that makes a seller pick you — and it's yours if you ever change brokerages.
